Believe it or not you can get lean by eating fast food. I know, it sounds crazy… but in a few weeks I’m going to prove it to the world with the release of my newest mini e-book “Fast Food Fitness: How I Dropped 40lbs Eating Fast Food Every Day.” Do you think I’m joking?  I’m not.
