Michael says:
Yeah I would like to know more about this.
Thnx
Keven says:
I wouldn’t say this is well-known but this technique is not unheard of. You’ll probably gnash your teeth when I say it sounds similar to affirmations, but then I think affirmations are very useful/powerful, so that’s not a dig! :)
I would definitely be interested in your take on this. I just discovered your website and so far it seems pretty cool.
Jon says:
Dichotic audio is not unheard of, no, but it’s rare that people know what it is. This is more than affirmation. This is using left and right hemisphere audio processing to facilitate a higher neuroconnectivity demand. Thanks for the kind words!
Joseph says:
I’ve heard of this, but wonder if this is similar to subliminal messages/affirmations that are layered into a soundtrack or nature sounds?
On a slightly different “note,” I’ve found myself speaking things out loud and internally for school work, self improvement, spiritual exercise (not exorcise), and at times on the job to get me through the day.

Hi, Congratulations to the site owner for this marvelous work you’ve done. It has lots of useful and interesting data.

I’d definitely be interested to hear more. I’ve read some about the power of verbalizing your goals out loud daily, which is advocated by many, I think it is mentioned in Tom Venuto’s BFFM also. A subject worth further exploration.
Donna says:
Hey Jon…sounds great and I’d love to hear more as it comes out.
Kalebarkab says:
I want to find good pop music. Help me please.
Kym says:
I’d like to see what you come up with here. I’ve tried to do this myself but haven’t found a system that I can work successfully. The value is obvious though: Even things that we know as second nature are displaced or buried under daily life and we need a way to dredge them back to the surface and keep them in focus. Apologies for the mixed metaphors.
Mel, Genetic Decline says:
Hello, Have you heard of Jeffrey Thompson? He’s researched brain wave patterns. He can sync your waves to alpha beta or delta using sound tracks that he layers under other music. I’ve just ordered a classical DVD. (I thought it might be a double Whammy as classical is good by itself). I’m going to play it to my kids in class. are you interested in the results? P.S. I’m a closet Trekky too.
Jon says:
Yes, I have Mel. I actually thought of that myself and then found out Jeffrey was doing it already! Anyway, there’s licensing issues with that… long story. I’d love to hear the results, by all means. And live long … and prosper. : )
Judy says:
Sounds interesting, maybe just what I need to help my motivation. Have you heard of Holosync Meditation (Alan Hewitt)? My biggest problem is I simply can’t decide what I want! which makes goal setting pretty hard!!! I’m stressed, depressed & wheel spinning, don’t know where to start.
Jon says:
Yes, I have. A good friend of mine knows those guys at Holosync really well. The audios should help you a lot with goals Judy.
Greg says:
Never heard of anything like it, but I’m willing to learn more about it.
Penne says:
I would like to know more about this program. I’m looking for a system to help me align my thinking with my goals.
